Jeff Clarke

Chief Executive Officer and President, TravelportDirector, Travelport, Board of DirectorsChairman, Board of Directors, Orbitz Worldwide

Jeff Clarke is chief executive officer and president of Travelport and serves as a director on the Travelport board of directors and chairman of the board of directors of Orbitz Worldwide.

Most recently, Jeff was chief operating officer for CA (formerly Computer Associates), where he had responsibility for sales, services, business development, partnerships, alliances, finance and information technology. He joined CA in April 2004.

Jeff has 20 years of strategic, operational and financial experience with leading high-technology firms. Prior to joining CA, he was executive vice president, global operations for Hewlett-Packard Company (HP), where he was responsible for the largest global supply chain and procurement operations in the technology industry. As executive vice president, merger integration, Jeff played a key role in integrating the operations, financials and cultures of HP and Compaq Computer Corporation following the $19 billion merger of the two companies. He is widely credited with leading the team, which identified and captured more than $3.5 billion in savings.

He was senior vice president, finance and administration and chief financial officer at Compaq Computer Corporation from 2001 until the completion of the merger with HP in 2002.

Jeff began his career with Digital Equipment Corporation in 1985, holding a series of financial positions including finance director for Digital France. He joined Compaq in 1998 following its acquisition of Digital and served as vice president of strategic finance, and later as vice president, finance and strategy, worldwide sales and services, before being named chief financial officer.
Jeff holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the State University of New York at Geneseo and a master's degree in business administration from Northeastern University.

Jeff is a member of the UTStarcom board of directors, a NASDAQ listed firm; a board member of the Transatlantic Business Dialogue (TABD); an executive committee member of the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) and a member of the Geneseo Foundation board of directors (Charitable Foundation for SUNY at Geneseo).

Eric J. Bock

Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer, Travelport

Eric Bock is executive vice president, general counsel and chief compliance officer and ethics officer of Travelport Limited, the parent company for the Travelport group of companies, formerly the Cendant Travel Distribution Services division of Cendant Corporation. Eric also serves as the corporate secretary of Travelport.

Prior to this role, Eric was executive vice president, law and corporate secretary for Cendant Corporation, overseeing the company's legal practice groups in securities and corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate secretarial and governance matters, executive compensation, travel distribution services and marketing services. He also served on Cendant's business ethics committee, disclosure committee, employee benefits committee and business continuity planning committee.

Since joining Cendant in July 1997, Eric has played a critical role in the growth and restructuring of Cendant. During Cendant's acquisitive growth period, he managed the legal aspects of Cendant's acquisitions, including Galileo International, Cheap Tickets, Avis, Budget and Trendwest as well as numerous tuck-in acquisitions. Eric also played an integral part in the Company's strategic realignment in 1999, under which eighteen non-core businesses were divested and more than $4.5 billion of proceeds were generated. Finally, in 2006, Eric oversaw the legal aspects of the separation of Cendant into four new companies: Travelport, Realogy, Wyndham Worldwide and Avis Budget Group.

From July 1997 until December 1999, Eric served as vice president, legal and assistant secretary of Cendant and was promoted to senior vice president in January 2000 and corporate secretary in May 2000. On May 1, 2002, he was named executive vice president, law.

Prior to joining Cendant, Eric was associated with the corporate group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he participated in transactions relating to the public and private offerings of equity and debt, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Eric graduated from Lafayette College in 1987 and Fordham University School of Law in 1990.

Terence P. Conley

Chief Administrative Officer, Travelport

Terence Terry is Chief Administrative Officer of Travelport, formerly Cendant Travel Distribution Services.

Prior to this role, Terry was executive vice president of human resources and corporate services for Cendant Corporation. Cendant was primarily a provider of residential real estate and travel services operating in over 100 countries and generating $18 billion in revenue.

With over 18 years of human resources experience, Terry oversaw global HR, facilities management, corporate real estate, events marketing and security functions throughout the enterprise. Under Terry’s leadership, his team launched a company-wide "Employer of Choice" initiative to Cendant’s 90,000 employees, significantly increasing Cendant's employee engagement and organizational capability.

Terry has extensive experience in both strategic and operational human resource management with multiple industries, including: retail, manufacturing, restaurant, financial services, real estate, travel, and consumer products.

Prior to joining Cendant, Terry spent nearly 10 years with the PepsiCo organization, with HR leadership assignments in corporate and all their subsidiaries. His last position was vice president of human resources at The Pepsi-Cola Company. In this role, Terry culminated his career by leading the HR aspects of the formation of independent bottling entities as a result of the break-up of the Pepsi-Cola sales and distribution organization. Prior to this role, Terry was director of human resources with PepsiCo's Frito Lay division, director of human resources for PepsiCo corporate, and director of human resources with PepsiCo's KFC unit.

Prior to that, Terry served in various HR capacities with RH Macy & Company.

Terry received his Bachelor of Science degree in management and marketing from New York University.

Ken Esterow

President and CEO, GTA

Ken Esterow is president and CEO, GTA and has global responsibility for GTA, including Octopus Travel and TRUST International.

Previously, Ken was president and CEO of Travel Industry Services for Travelport, Americas.In this role, Ken had responsibility for Galileo Americas, corporate travel solutions, GTA North America, airline solutions, as well as supplier relationships for the region for both the business group and consumer side.

Ken has held a number of senior positions within Travelport (formerly Cendant Travel Distribution Services), including executive vice president, global supplier services, senior vice president and chief development officer of the Galileo, as well as senior vice president of the Cendant Corporate Strategic Development Group, focusing on the strategy and operations components of its M&A activities, corporate development and internet-related initiatives. He came to the company in 1996 from Deloitte & Touche, where he was a management consultant focused on consumer and financial services.

Ken has a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of Pennsylvania and his Masters in Business Administration from the Wharton School, with a concentration in finance.

Jo-Anne Kruse

Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Travelport

Jo-Anne Kruse is Executive Vice President, Human Resources for Travelport, formerly Cendant Travel Distribution Services.

In this role, Jo-Anne is responsible for global Human Resources, Facilities, Security, Communications, and our Six Sigma process and engineering program. She played a key role in the integration of Galileo and Orbitz into the Cendant family since the close of these acquisitions.

Previously, Jo-Anne was Vice President, Human Resources, for Galileo’s parent company, Cendant Corporation where she was responsible for corporate and business unit Human Resource functions (total 3,000 employees) within a highly diversified and matrixed 60,000-employee conglomerate.

Prior to joining Cendant, Jo-Anne worked in a variety of Human Resource positions at PepsiCo, Inc./Frito-Lay for five years. Her career also includes positions at Bristol-Myers Squibb/Clairol, where she was Manager of Human Resources. She began her career with Chase Manhattan Bank.

Jo-Anne received a Master’s degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University.

Michael Rescoe

Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Travelport


Michael Rescoe is executive vice president and chief financial officer of Travelport.

Most recently, Michael was chief financial officer for Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), which he joined in July 2003. His responsibilities included treasury, accounting, risk management, financial planning, investor relations and retirement services, and he oversaw the development and implementation of all financial strategies for the corporation.

Before joining TVA, Mike served as chief financial officer and senior vice president of finance and planning at 3Com Corporation, a global leader in network technology solutions, in Santa Clara, California. While at 3Com, he helped to complete one of the most successful IPO's in the history of the technology sector: Palm Inc., the corporation's hand-held computing division.

Prior to that, Mike was chief financial officer of PG&E Corporation, one of the nation's largest utility and energy companies, located in San Francisco.
Mike also served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Dallas-based Enserch Corporation (formerly Lone Star Gas), a diversified energy and utility company that was merged into TXU Inc., a larger, vertically integrated investor-owned utility.

For over a dozen years, he was an investment banker serving the energy and utility sector.

A native of New Jersey, Mike earned a B.A. in anthropology from Tulane University in New Orleans and an M.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.

Gordon Wilson

President and CEO, Travelport GDS

Gordon Wilson is president and CEO of Travelport GDS,  responsible for its global activities across approximately 145 countries. Headquartered in Langley, UK, Travelport GDS is comprised of the Galileo and Worldspan businesses; Shepherd Systems, an expert in the field of providing business and marketing intelligence to the travel industry; AiRES, the next generation server based internal airline IT product suite and THOR,, a provider of distribution and marketing services to travel-related companies.

Before taking on global responsibility for its GDS division, Gordon was president and CEO of Travelport Business Group, responsible for all of its B2B businesses across EMEA, Asia and Pacific, including companies such as GTA and TRUST.WizCom as well as Galileo. Previous roles have included vice president, Global Customer Service Delivery, based in Denver, CO; managing director of Galileo Southern Africa, based in Johannesburg, R.S.A.; managing director of Galileo Portugal and Espanà, based in Lisbon; and general manager, Airline Sales and Marketing for Galileo International.

Before joining Galileo International in 1991, Gordon held a number of positions in the UK airline and chemical industries.

Gordon holds a master's degree in law from the University of Cambridge, UK, and a postgraduate diploma in Air and Space law from University College, London. He also sits on the board of SITA, a provider of IT solutions and communications services to the air transport industry.

Pat Bourke

Executive Vice President of Operations, Chief Re-engineering Officer, Travelport

Pat Bourke is executive vice president of operations and chief re-engineering officer of Travelport.

Pat has over 25 years of operational and sales experience in high technology companies. He recently served as the chairman of the board of Bid.com and has worked as a consultant to various venture capital and private equity portfolio companies. Starting in 1996, Pat held numerous positions in sales and consulting services at Intersolv, where he joined as vice president.

In 1988, Pat joined a select group of EDS executives to start Perot Systems Corp. At Perot Systems, he was instrumental in building the insurance services sector, manufacturing services sector and European operations. In addition to those roles, he was responsible for strategic planning and North American operations, where he focused on improved customer profitability and performance and the targeting of new markets and services.

Pat started his career at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in the systems engineering program. He also served as the CIO at GM's Truck and Bus Group. Pat has a degree in industrial management from Arkansas State University.
